Requirements
- Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required
- Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments and document accurately
- Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to nursing leadership
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
