Requirements

Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Prior experience in neonatal, pediatric, or nursery care preferred
Strong knowledge of infant health, safety protocols, and basic nursing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
Compassionate, attentive, and patient-centered approach to care
Flexibility to work rotating day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Must have a valid BLS Certification.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in neonatal, pediatric, or nursery care preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to infants and young children in the nursery setting
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine assessments
Assist with feeding, bathing, and other basic care needs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Educate parents and caregivers on infant care and health management
Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all patients
