Requirements

  • Current and valid LPN license by the State of Arkansas and Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • One (1) year of clinical nursing experience or will consider a new grad with a current license and one year of previous medical experience (MA, PCT, CNA).
  • Must have strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
  • Strong clinical expertise and technique.
  • Working knowledge of data processing equipment and applications.
  • Attention to communication, oral, written, and persuasive.
  • Must be able to build collaborative relationships.
  • Possess personal credibility.
  • Ability to make independent judgments that have highly significant impacts on the organization.
  • Ability to provide motivational support to an area of responsibility.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • Immunization experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ambulatory experience.
  • EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

  • Triage, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient education via telephone or in-clinic settings.
  • Support the development of patient Plans of Care (POC) using thorough assessments.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to ensure comprehensive health management.
  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with clinic and professional standards.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
