Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license (active and in good standing)
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term and rehab residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions and progress
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
• Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment
