Overview Presbyterian is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in the home setting. Common responsibilities include specimen collection, vital signs, assist with video calls, medical administration per LPN scope, wound care, foley care, and EKG's Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
