About The Position
LPN- Long Term Care Contract Start: Immedicate 8 weeks contract Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Weekly Pay: $1500 ( including Stipend ) perm address +50 mi from facility Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor and assess patients' health status, including vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and family members. Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention to promote ongoing wellness. Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice. IV Certification NIH BLS; ACLS Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform nursing procedures and tasks competently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Requirements

- BLS; ACLS
