About The Position

Join our fast-paced, mission-driven team at Keystone Urgent Care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. This role supports daily clinical operations by managing essential care coordination tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current Pennsylvania LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus
Prior nursing or medical assistant experience in an emergency room or urgent care setting
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
Make and return patient phone calls in coordination with providers
Track referrals, labs, and diagnostic results for timely follow-up
Complete prior authorizations for medications as needed
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Float to assist fellow nurses with patient care and workflow coverage
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
