About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Grand Villa of Delray Beach is a welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers flexibility with a minimum of two days per week and provides an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records are a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor
• Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents
• Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed health records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
