Requirements

• Active LPN license with no restrictions
• One year nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification, valid driver's license, background check, and TB test (where geographically required)

Nice To Haves

• One year nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Implementing the nursing care plan for each patient
• Teaching and counseling the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of observations, treatment, and care of patient
• Evaluating with registered nurse the effectiveness of the LPN's nursing service to the patient and family under the guidance of the registered nurse.
