About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time Shifts: 8am to 8 pm or 7 am to 3 pm; and every other weekend Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Requirements

Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
Document all care provided in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
