Summary Deliver personalized, patient-centered care by rooming patients for a variety of clinic visits. Be a vital link between patients and providers by communicating results and essential medical information. Play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring every patient’s experience is seamless. Assist with procedures within scope of practice. Administer medications/injections/immunizations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

  • To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
  • Relocation assistance eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
