Requirements

  • Full Time, Part-Time, PRN Schedule: 7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a
  • Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Active Maryland LPN license

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Deliver clinical care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team promptly
  • Accurately document nursing care, assessments, and interventions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team under the direction of the Director of Nursing
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Promote dignity, comfort, emotional support, and overall resident well-being
  • Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach in all resident interactions
