About The Position
Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following: Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Requirements

- Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient care duties.
- Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
- Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties.
- Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
- Complete skilled care services as applicable.
- Additional duties as assigned.
