Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing; required
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
- A desire to work with the senior population
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate care delivery and provide care
- Administer medications
- Observe residents, charting and reporting changes in condition
