CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next LPN. This person will be responsible for maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports. Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information. Working with the medical staff to ensure that the health and safety of our clients are being best taken care of.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Valid Georgia Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
  • LPN must be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia,
  • Must possess basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to work in Adult Outpatient

Responsibilities

  • Working with physicians, PA's, NP's via zoom and in clinic.
  • Maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.
  • Medication administration, including injections.
  • Monitoring patients for side effects or reactions. Phlebotomy.
  • Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
  • Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or change in patients conditions and responses.
  • Effectively communicating with patients and their families, providers, and others.
  • Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications in a timely manner.
  • Return phone calls and answer messages.
  • Ability to multitask while providing a high standard of care to our patients and be able to work autonomously as a team.
  • Maintain HIPAA regulations.
