About The Position

If you have a heart for compassionate senior care, we’d love to have you on our team. We’re hiring full-time RNs and LPNs for our Assisted Living/Memory Care team. Nurses provide high-quality clinical care, supervise CNAs/Caregivers, and work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Shifts are 12 hours long and this role is PRN. The RN/LPN delivers clinical care, administers medications and treatments, oversees CNA activities, and ensures care follows state/federal regulations and facility policies. Requirements

  • Valid LPN license in Tennessee
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow regulations, apply clinical judgment, communicate clearly, and solve problems effectively

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months to one year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support CNAs in daily care delivery
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
  • Document care and resident responses accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Maintain accurate narcotic and medication records
  • Coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services
  • Perform skilled nursing tasks (e.g., cath care, wound care, tube feedings)
  • Monitor resident condition and ensure treatments are carried out
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas
  • Review and update resident care plans
  • Promote positive communication and professional conduct
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
  • Complete other duties as assigned
