About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Grand Villa Assisted Living in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state and local regulations - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members - Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and safety - Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans - Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and active LPN license in the state of Florida - Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work every other weekend and shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems At Grand Villa Assisted Living, we foster a warm, supportive environment where our staff can grow professionally and personally. Requirements
