Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Health Services, and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing & Health Services, the LPN directs and manages resident care including resident assessments, administration of medications, care, planning, supervision of staff, licensure compliance, and being a liaison for residents, family and staff. Customer Service: Responsible for effectively meeting customer needs by caring out established customer service / guest relations protocols of SGV.
