Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC, just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in S.C.
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PCC preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides direct nursing care to our residents
- Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.
