Requirements

  • A passion for providing high-quality care
  • A commitment to treating others with unmatched hospitality
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Valid Indiana LPN License

Nice To Haves

  • LPN from accredited or state approved school of nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
  • Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
  • Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
  • Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
  • Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
