About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in nursing care through providing high-quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- License to pass medications may be required
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Current experience in the assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty
Responsibilities
- You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging
- You will deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
- You will assist care team in implementing the nursing process utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
