Requirements

Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for part-time and/or PRN shifts
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assist with activities of daily living and support residents' comfort and well-being
Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
