ADEC has a great opportunity for an LPN who has a passion for serving others while working in a non-clinical environment that offers work/life balance working primarily 1st shift hours Monday-Friday. An LPN at ADEC directly impacts an individual’s quality of life by being a valuable member of their personalized care team. The care team work together to help clients with protective and preventative care, including: Educating individuals of the impact their daily choices such as food, exercise and hygiene have on their overall well-being and management of chronic conditions Advocating for needed medical and wellness services Overseeing general healthcare services such as providing ordered treatments, communicating with physicians, and ensuring all identified concerns are communicated and addressed appropriately Completing quarterly health exams, annual health care support plans and risk plans Training direct care professionals on preventative and needed health and wellness care Doing assessments and interventions as needed
