LPN Home Hospice Pick from: --- PT8 or 64 hrs. per two week pay period --- PT9 or 72 hrs. per two week pay period --- Full time or 80 hrs. per two week pay period Night Shift (12 midnight - 8am) Weekend Requirement - 1 weekend, every 2-3 weeks Holiday Requirement - 1 summer and 1 winter holiday Seeking an experienced (1 year of recent experience required) LPN to work in Home Hospice. Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers. Must be able to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation. Requirements

  • experienced (1 year of recent experience required) LPN
