About The Position

Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living is hiring Full-Time LPN's for 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Open positions include Full Time (Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm and Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am) and Part Time (Tuesday and Saturday 6pm-6am, and Tuesday and Wednesday 6pm-6am). The facility values its residents and team members, seeking individuals passionate about providing exceptional care and who align with values of integrity, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR
