About The Position
Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is a 115-bed acute hospital specializing in physical rehabilitation, where each patient receives care from a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists. The hospital focuses on assisting patients recovering from strokes, traumatic injuries, or disabling illnesses, utilizing up-to-the-minute treatment modalities and cutting-edge technology. This full-time day shift LPN position is based in Schenectady, NY, offering the opportunity to work on both Cardio Pulmonary and Med Surg units within a state-of-the-art physical rehab hospital.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
Responsibilities
- Provides support services to the RN to achieve the goal of assisting individuals in the restoration and maintenance of maximal physical, psycho social and spiritual health
- Work as LPN on the Cardio Pulmonary and Med Surg units performing tasks within scope of license
