About The Position
LPN for Westhaven Retirement Community Grape Tree Medical Staffing - Aequor Healthcare Facility Address: 112 W 4th St, Boone, IA 50036 Facility Type: Retirement Community Pay and Benefits: Travel rate for candidates 60 miles or further 12 week assignment Paid every Friday Insurance available for Full-Time Employees (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week) Shift: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a Must work every other weekend Term: 12 weeks Orientation : Twice a month Interview : In Person
Requirements
- Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint
- Minimum 1 year experience in LTC required
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- Current TB (if you have a positive TB, Chest X-ray is required)
- Current Physical
