About The Position

Join our Louisville East Post Acute Team named as one of Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes of 2025 and show off your Nursing Skills. This LPN Part-Time position requires working 6pm-10pm. An LPN at Louisville East Post Acute can be rewarding when providing the direct nursing care to Residents, and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA's. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times. Requirements

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program who possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Kentucky LPN.
