About The Position

Heather Heights is seeking hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated LPNs for their Evening Shift. The role involves providing nursing care to residents, supervising direct care staff, and ensuring residents feel genuinely cared for. LPNs are also responsible for observing and reporting changes in resident status to the primary care provider and Director of Nursing, and documenting these interactions according to established policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state approved school of vocational, practical or professional Nursing program
• Current NY Nursing license, in good standing
• Good physical and mental health, producing upon hire, and as required, a satisfactory examination from a physician or equivalent indicating that the individual is free from any health impairment which is of potential risk to residents, or which might interfere with the performance of the individuals' duties
• Produce a PPD (Mantoux) skin test or blood test for tuberculosis and immunization records as required
