About The Position

8am - 8pm. Together with the RN, the LPN is responsible for identifying Patient/Family needs and coordinating Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) provision of services under physicians orders. The LPN utilizes assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life for the Patient/Family unit. Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience preferred.
  • Valid Florida LPN License.
  • Valid Florida State Driver's License.
  • As required for licensure.
  • Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Current IV Therapy certification required.
