Requirements

  • Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
  • Current BLS certification
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
  • Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
  • Experience with memory care residents is a plus

Responsibilities
