About The Position

LifeStream, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team immediately. The role involves ensuring the medical needs of the individuals served are met and assisting them with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, both in their homes and in the community.

Requirements

• Current LPN license
