LPN - Visit Nurse - HSNNY
About The Position
Health Services of Northern New York is seeking LPNs to work as a member of our home health team. As an LPN for Health Services of Northern New York, nurses will work to complete visits as assigned by the Registered Nurse Case Managers throughout St. Lawrence County. A successful candidate must possess the following competencies: the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain an organized work environment, communicate clearly and directly, follow-through on plans and commitments, demonstrate understanding of customer service when dealing with patients, family and other staff. LPNs will enjoy a flexible schedule as well as a competitive starting rate of pay of $25/hour.
