LPN - Urology Clinic
About The Position
Join the fast-paced Urology team where your clinical skills make a real impact! Responsibilities include: Perform clinical skills such as catheter exchanges, cystoscopies, cystoscopies with Botox, vasectomies, prostate biopsies. Rooming patients and assisting with procedures Coordinating patient care and communicating clinician recommendations to patients Critical thinking skills to use resources and follow protocols and policies and strong time management skills to prioritize workflow. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Washington State or Multi-State LPN license.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
