About The Position

Join the fast-paced Urology team where your clinical skills make a real impact! Responsibilities include: Perform clinical skills such as catheter exchanges, cystoscopies, cystoscopies with Botox, vasectomies, prostate biopsies. Rooming patients and assisting with procedures Coordinating patient care and communicating clinician recommendations to patients Critical thinking skills to use resources and follow protocols and policies and strong time management skills to prioritize workflow. Hiring range is generally between $27.30-$33.15 per hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664) - with flexibility to cover Salmon Creek as needed Schedule: four, 10-hour days – 7:00a-5:30p (NO weekends! NO late nights! Paid Holidays!) Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers. Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Active, unencumbered Washington State or Multi-State LPN license. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification. Requirements
