LPN Unit Manager (RCM)

We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff! What you will do: Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean. Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education, Monitor supplies and order as needed Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notes Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders. Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Requirements
- Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
- BLS Certified
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
