About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and capable of providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active Maine LPN License
• Recent LPN experience in Skilled Nursing or similar setting
• Must be flexible with shifts
• Ability to work every other weekend
• BLS Certification (preferred)
• Licensed Practical Nurse: 1 year (Required)
• Licensed Practical Nurse License — Maine (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
