¨ Dispense medication, pick up and implement orders from Psychiatrist & Medical Doctors. ¨ Ensure medication compliance and medical chart maintenance. ¨ Conduct physical screenings of children. ¨ Coordinate medical appointments. ¨ Make appointments for outside services as indicated, check progress notes. ¨ Prepare list for infection control, order medical supplies. ¨ Assist in crisis intervention and recreational activities. ¨ Participate in behavior management system. ¨ Transport residents as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications - External ¨ Minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates Degree or above preferred. ¨ Current NY State LPN Certification required. ¨ Experience with the population of the program is preferred. ¨ Acceptable background clearance, including fingerprinting.
