Job Description: Performs a wide variety of nursing care activities for medical-surgical and telemetry patients under the general supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school or Practical Nursing.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted LPN license from NC or compact state.
- BLS certification.
- Satisfactory completion of Rhythm Interpretation Course.
- CPI will be required within 3 months of hire.
- ACLS will be required within 1 year after hire.
- Required to demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from adult to geriatric.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
- At least one year of acute care hospital nursing
