Immanuel Communities is seeking a Team Lead LPN to join our team at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Courtyard is home to 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes, offering a warm and community‑focused environment for both residents and staff.
This full‑time position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., providing consistent daytime hours with an on‑call rotation every three weeks.
This role pays up to $37.19/hour, with compensation based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The role of the Lead LPN is to support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuel’s goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibilities of this job includes presenting training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensuring physician’s orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and providing resident needs as indicated. Monitors health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is mandatory.
• Two (2) years’ experience in an assisted living or skilled care community is required.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
