Immanuel Courtyard is home to 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes, offering a warm and community‑focused environment for both residents and staff. This full‑time position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., providing consistent daytime hours with an on‑call rotation every three weeks. This role pays up to $37.19/hour, with compensation based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. The role of the Lead LPN is to support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuel’s goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibilities of this job includes presenting training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensuring physician’s orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and providing resident needs as indicated.
