The LPN Team Float role is a driving position that requires travel to see patients in both homes and facilities within Champaign County and the surrounding area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role focuses on providing superior care and services to patients at their end-of-life journey, and only those with a heart for hospice will succeed.
