About The Position

Crandall Medical Center, a non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is hiring various LPN positions. LPN Supervisors assist with many levels of care including dementia care, IVs, wound care, orthopedic care, post-surgical care, med pass, rehabilitation services and numerous chronic health conditions. LPN Supervisors provide leadership to CNAs. LPN Supervisors also work closely with our RN Supervisors, physicians and management team to ensure our high standards of resident care. Requirements

  • Graduate of approved LPN School of Nursing
  • Current and in good standing State of Ohio LPN license
  • Proof of valid Pharmacology course
  • Applicants who have disqualifying offenses under Senate Bill 160 may be disqualified from employment.
  • Crandall Medical Center conducts Criminal Background checks through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation (BCI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
  • Crandall Medical Center also conducts pre-employment Drug Testing.

Responsibilities
