The campus of Copeland Oaks includes Independent Living, Catered Living, Assisted Living and Crandall Medical Center, a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility. Your day to day as a LPN Supervisor As an LPN Supervisor at Copeland Oaks, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care are met for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resident care, you will be expected to review and document resident assessments, oversee medication administration, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices to enhance their skills. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care transitions and participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance the overall resident experience.
