The LPN Supervisor will work the 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm) at Pyramid Healthcare in York, PA, providing comprehensive treatment options for adults struggling with Substance Use Disorders. Under a passionate leadership team and dedicated support staff, we assist our clients in reclaiming their freedom.

Requirements

• Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and other nursing staff during the 2nd shift.
• Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Administer and educate clients on medications.
• Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
• Coordinate and support medical providers with assessments and medication management.
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
