Requirements

• LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of three months to one year experience is preferred.
• Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or State of Rhode Island is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required or within three months of date of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of the Team Leader for Occupational and Employee Health, perform a variety of duties including demonstrating initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in Employee and Occupational Health.
• Perform a variety of patient care and related duties as part of daily activities.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
