We are currently seeking an LPN Staff Nurse to join our team at Peak Resources (facility name). Full-time or Part-time and various shifts are available. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: (Days/Hours) Primary Role Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may participate in assuring the implementation of the established health care plan(s) for a specific number of residents as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN). This participation in assuring plan of care implementation may be carried out by the LPN. The LPN participates and supports ongoing data collection. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this State
  • Current BLS CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment
