About The Position

The ideal candidate will possess a current Wyoming license. This is a LPN position in the Long Term Care (LTC), LPN Unit. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent SNF US nursing experience as a LPN - SNF. Requirements

• Current Wyoming license
• Nursing License
• At least 2 years of recent SNF US nursing experience as a LPN - SNF
• At least 2-years total experience in your specialty
• Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications
• Active Nursing License per state
• Current Updated Resume
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
