Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in as a Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator in Oxford, FL. In this role, you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Requirements

Experience in nursing and care assistant scheduling and staffing preferred.
LPN Required.
1-2+ years working in an AL setting strongly preferred.
Experience with TeamBridge or similar scheduling program required.
Must have flexibility in scheduling.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
Track continuing educational programs for staff.
Create training plans for new clinical staff.
Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
Track attendance and coordinate with the Director of Health Services regarding attendance issues.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Works on the floor with resident care as needed
