The nursing LPN/RN is charged with assuring the quality and continuity of resident care. While also being tasked with supervising the performance of all members of the nursing care team on a designated Neighborhood and shift. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have knowledge of/experience in the following: Proficiency in technology and systems management- Office Suite (Microsoft), POC, Electronic Health Records Systems Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills – able to communicate effectively with residents, families’ interdisciplinary teams, and external partners both in person and over the phone Effective and Efficient- skilled in both verbal and written communication across diverse audiences Highly organized and detail-oriented – maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
