About The Position

LPN/RN Full Time Opportunities 3rd Shift Available 12-hour shifts Includes holiday and weekend rotation. An LPN/RN will focus on monitoring health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will assist and lead STNA staff. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current LPN/RN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Must have excellent attendance and work history

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience, preferred
